  • The prices are per night and person in Euro excl. tourist tax (2,50 per person/night)
  • Only valid at full occupancy.
  • Babybed is free of charge (when we have one left)
  • The apartment is without any board, but you can book breakfast for a small extra price.
  • Endcleaning is EUR 100.- per apartment (it s not included in this prices) 
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Garage parking: € 8 - per day, Outdoor parking is free
  • Your reservation is secured with a mandatory deposit (non-refundable)
  • For a short stay the price is more expensive
  • In case of late arrival or early departure, the price for each day will be fully charged
  • Cancellation Policy: We refer to the general Austrian business conditions for the hotel industry
  • We recommend a conclusion of a travel resignation insurance
  • Payment: cash or by card (debit card, Master & Visa Card)
