Mountain shoes, helmet, lap belt and a safety lock will suffice – all this is available from the local sports shops in Ischgl. Indeed – those who don’t have much experience of a ‘via ferrata’ should definitely climb with a guide who will show you the basic concepts, exercises, and also some tips and tricks.
